Russian President Vladimir Putin, President of China Xi Jinping, President of Türkiye Recep Tayyip Erdogan, President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev, President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko, President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, President of Tajikistan Emomali Rakhmon, President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Japarov, President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov congratulated Chairman Halk Maslakhaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov on his birthday.
