Turkmen President Appoints New Deputy Prime Minister for Agro-Industrial Complex

President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov appointed Tanryguly Rejepgulyyevich Atahallyev as Turkmenistan's new deputy prime minister for the agro-industrial complex, relieving him of the post of governor of Balkan province, at a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers on Friday.

According to official Turkmen media, by a Decree of the President of Turkmenistan, Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Tanryguly Rejepgulyevich Atahallyyev was appointed a member of the Board of the International Fund for Saving the Aral Sea from Turkmenistan.

Annageldi Orazberdiyevich Yazmyradov was dismissed from the post of Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan, as well as from the post of a member of the Board of the International Fund for Saving the Aral Sea from Turkmenistan for health reasons.

Jumanazar Annayev, deputy governor of Balkan province, has been appointed interim deputy governor of Balkan province.

During the meeting, the new deputy prime minister for agriculture expressed gratitude for the trust and assured that he would work hard for the further dynamic development of the agro-industrial complex. Atahallyev said that farmers from Balkan province successfully implemented a plan to submit wheat to the state.

The meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan touched upon other administrative issues of state life and several draft documents.
