The State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan (SCRMET) during Friday trades registered deals for the sale of liquefied natural gas, diesel fuel, yarn and cotton fabric, SCRMET reported on its official website.

Businessmen from Afghanistan bought 3 thousand tons of diesel fuel and 5 thousand tons of liquefied natural gas for $3.329 million.

Businesses from Azerbaijan purchased cotton fabric and Turkish business community bought yarn. The deals amounted to $447.945 thousand.

Last week the total amount of transactions in foreign currency at the SCRMET made $3.608 million.

Established in 1994, the SCRMET is the main body regulating export-import operations in Turkmenistan.
