The eastern side of Nebitchi-1 Residential Complex (Galkynysh Street), located in Balkanabat city of Turkmenistan’s western province Balkan, will house new 26 four-storey, 36-apartment residential buildings.
The relevant tender of the Balkanabat city Administration to select contractors for the design and construction of residential houses was published in Balkan newspaper on Thursday.
Interested parties can obtain the relevant documents to participate in the tender from the Coordination Department of Industry, Construction and Public Works of the city administration.
Bids are accepted within 15 working days from the date of publication of the announcement.
