The International Forum on Multimodal Transport and Logistics will be held on September 13-14 in Istanbul, Türkiye, Anadolu Agency reported last Wednesday citing the Secretariat of Turkic States.
The event is expected to be attended by representatives of organizations, services and private companies working in the transport sector in the Turkic States.
The aim of the forum is to create a platform for constructive discussions, knowledge sharing and joint initiatives for the development of multimodal transport routes.
According to the press release of the organization, the international forum is aimed at developing cooperation, strengthening partnerships, improving the efficiency, sustainability and reliability of global supply chains, with a specific focus on the development of multimodal transport routes through the Middle and Southern Corridors.
The Middle Corridor (Trans-Caspian International Middle East-West Corridor) connects Central Asia and the Caspian region with Europe via Türkiye.
