Yug-Neftegaz Private Limited has become the Silver Partner of the XXVIII International Conference and Exhibition “Oil and Gas of Turkmenistan – 2023” (OGT-2023). The event is scheduled to take place from October 25 to 27, 2023, at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan in Ashgabat.
OGT-2023 will focus on various important topics, including the future of energy and investment opportunities in the Turkmen oil and gas sector. There will be a particular emphasis on green energy and the environmental aspects of hydrocarbon development. Yug-Neftegaz Private Limited in Turkmenistan is actively involved in diverse activities, including hydrocarbon exploration and development, refining and trading of oil products, field geophysical surveys, drilling of oil and gas wells, rental of drilling equipment, workover and stimulation of wells, as well as the construction, modernization, and processing of seismic data related to oil and gas infrastructure.
Since establishing its Ashgabat branch in 2008, Yug-Neftegaz Private Limited has successfully completed several projects, including workover operations on idle wells, drilling of new wells, and conducting 2D and 3D seismic surveys.
Between 2020 and 2023, Yug-Neftegaz Private Limited has achieved notable milestones, including the successful drilling and commissioning of 22 oil wells in the North Goturdepe field, with depths ranging from 4,500 to 5,500 meters. The company plans to continue its progress by drilling 10-12 wells annually in the coming years.
