The Ashgabat Stock Exchange (ASE), in cooperation with the USAID Entrepreneurship and Business Environment Development Project in Turkmenistan, provides free consultations for private companies willing to raise additional resources to develop their businesses through securities issuance.
The project aims to stimulate the growth of Turkmenistan's stock market by introducing new financial instruments and increasing the business community's awareness of alternative ways to finance their projects.
Issuers of securities open new opportunities for investors and obtain a new source of financing. Advisors support companies throughout the entire process of raising additional funds through securities issuance.
When issuing securities, issuers are advised on the procedure, type, timing, and pricing of the issue and assist in understanding the legal and regulatory requirements for issuance and listing on the Ashgabat Stock Exchange.
In addition, issuers who wish to list on the ASE will receive training on working in the securities market.
