Turkmenistan Unveils 172 Labels For National Trademark 'Made in Turkmenistan'

In Turkmenistan, the competition for the national trademark "Made in Turkmenistan" intensified with the unveiling of 172 labels, according to the announcement by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan.

The Interdepartmental Commission for the selection of the label and revision of the draft Regulations “On the national trademark “Made in Turkmenistan” convened within the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan on January 12, 2024. 

In the session, the members of the Commission selected five labels from the pool of 172 contenders, securing their passage for consideration by the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan.

Beyond the label selection, the Interdepartmental Commission engaged in discussions, contemplating proposals for amendments to the draft Regulations governing the national trademark.
