SCRMET: Export Transactions Surpass $31.5M in First Week of February
Trading moment at the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan

The State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan (SCRMET) recorded transactions surpassing $31.34 million last week, the press service of the SCRMET reported on Monday.

Representatives from the United Arab Emirates, Afghanistan, and Kazakhstan secured purchases of polypropylene, base oil, and diesel fuel from the “Türkmennebit” (Turkmen Oil) State Concern.

Entrepreneurs from the United Arab Emirates, Turkey, and Kyrgyzstan engaged in transactions for cotton yarn, plain-dyed and jacquard terry products, denim, and related items.

Local businessmen secured purchases of polypropylene, base oil, float glass, and handmade Turkmen carpets.

A total of 29 transactions were registered during last week's auctions at the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan.
