According to TASS agency, Valentina Matviyenko, the Chairman of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, turned 75 on April 7, and on that day, Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree awarding her the title of Hero of Labor of the Russian Federation.
