The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Turkmenistan has introduced the Galkan mobile app for paying traffic fines and other purposes, Ashgabat City Telephone Network CJSC reported last Thursday.
The app is available on Google Play and will soon be available on the App Store.
The primary functions of the Galkan mobile app include online payment of fines issued by police officers, online appointment booking at the passport office, and access to information and services of the fire safety department.
According to the report, the Galkan mobile app also offers additional features such as driver’s license replacement, technical passport replacement, registration number replacement, and restoration of a damaged registration number.
