A delegation from the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan, led by Deputy Minister Azat Ataev, is participating in the international exhibition "Huawei Connect 2024," held from September 19 to 21 in Shanghai, China. The goal of the visit is to discuss cooperation in the field of education digitalization.

The main theme of this year’s forum is the integration of artificial intelligence across various industries, under the slogan "Amplify Intelligence." On the first day, the focus was on keynote speeches from Huawei leaders, including Eric Xu (Chairman of the Board) and David Wang (Executive Director and Chairman of ICT Infrastructure Management Committee). Their presentations emphasized the importance of transitioning to a digital economy and utilizing AI to tackle complex challenges.

The Turkmen delegation highlighted the significance of integrating digital technologies into educational programs, which would improve the quality of education and enhance the global competitiveness of graduates.

Turkmenistan’s participation in this large-scale forum reflects the country’s strong commitment to the digitalization of its education system. The nation is actively incorporating modern technologies into the learning process to improve educational quality and accessibility.
