At the Turkmenistan State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange (SCRMET) on Wednesday, traders concluded deals to purchase oil road viscous bitumen of the grade BND 60/90 and mixed paraffin wax for a total of 135 million manats, as reported by SCRMET.
The products sold at the SCRMET auctions were produced at the facilities of the Türkmennebit State Concern.
Local entrepreneurs also bought handmade carpets for a total of 30,623 manats.
A representative from the Afghan business community purchased liquefied gas, with the total deal amounting to 1,320,000 manats.
In total, traders concluded 30 deals at the SCRMET on Wednesday.
Founded in 1994, the SCRMET serves as the main body regulating export-import operations in Turkmenistan.
