A repeat violation within a year of the initial fine will increase the penalty to ten basic units.
Additionally, for incorrect provision of documents to establish rights to pensions and additional benefits, fines for officials will range from five to ten basic units. If the violation occurs again within a year, the fine will increase to 15 basic units.
