A New Year celebration took place on Wednesday at the Palace of Döwletliler köşgi in Turkmenistan. During the festivities, the children at the Palace received gifts from the President of Turkmenistan, Serdar Berdimuhamedov, and the National Leader of the Turkmen People, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov.
The celebration was filled with excitement as children gathered around a beautifully decorated New Year tree, joined by Aýaz Baba, Garpamyk, and representatives from the Mejlis, Halk Maslahaty, various ministries, agencies, and public organizations to mark the New Year, as reported by the official media of Turkmenistan.
During the festivities, children displayed their talents through poetry recitations, lively dances, and songs celebrating their homeland and the New Year, concluding with a spirited round dance around the tree.
As the event wrapped up, gifts, including interactive learning tools, were presented to the children. They expressed their sincere appreciation to the President of Turkmenistan, Serdar Berdimuhamedov, and the National Leader of the Turkmen People, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, for their constant care and attention, along with warm wishes for the New Year.
