President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov received New Year 2025 greetings from leaders and representatives of international organizations, state, and religious structures, as reported by official media in Turkmenistan on Thursday.
Among the senders are General Min Aung Hlaing, Chairman of the Council of State Administration and Prime Minister of Myanmar; Asad Majid Khan, Secretary-General of the Economic Cooperation Organization; Sultan Raev, Secretary-General of TURKSOY; Bakytzhan Sagintayev, Chairman of the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission; Patriarch Kirill of Moscow and all Rus'; Igor Babushkin, Governor of Astrakhan Region; Neda Berger, Head of the Austrian-Turkmen Society; and Oleg Storchovoy, Chairman of the Interstate Aviation Committee.
They wished the president health, happiness, success in state activities, and the development of fruitful cooperation on the international stage.
The congratulatory messages expressed gratitude for Turkmenistan's contribution to strengthening friendship, stability, and peace, as well as recognition of the significance of initiatives in cultural and economic interaction.
The head of state received congratulations earlier from President of Iran Masoud Pezeshkian, President of the UAE Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Prime Minister of the UK Keir Starmer, Li Qiang, Chairman of the State Council of China, Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan, and leaders from Russia, Kyrgyzstan, and other countries.
