The delegation of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan is participating in the international exhibition Kish Expo 2025, which takes place from January 18 to 24 on the Iranian island of Kish, where more than 250 companies from 40 countries have gathered for this major event in the business and industrial sectors, as reported by Turkmenistan's official media on Wednesday.
Organizers prepared the exhibition over two years, and it spans 170 pavilions displaying products and services from various industries. The event covers 16 key sectors, including oil and gas, petrochemicals, pharmaceuticals, food, folk crafts, and tourism.
Kish Expo 2025 attracted over 300 participants, including ambassadors, trade counselors, entrepreneurs, and businesspeople from around the world—countries from the CIS, Russia, the Persian Gulf, Western Asia, Africa, Eastern Europe, East Asia, and the Indian subcontinent. The event serves as an important platform for strengthening international economic ties and discussing current global trade issues.
Turkmenistan’s participation in the exhibition highlights the country’s active foreign economic policy and aims to expand trade and investment relations with other nations.
