Trading on SCRMET: Urea Sold for Over $14 Million

Trading at the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan (SCRMET) resulted on Thursday in deals for the purchase of urea grade "B" totaling $14.214 million, as reported by the SCRMET.

Business representatives from the United Arab Emirates and Türkiye purchased products manufactured by enterprises under the Türkmenhimiýa State Concern.

A trader from Kyrgyzstan bought denim trousers for $115,466.

Founded in 1994, the SCRMET plays a key role in regulating export and import operations in Turkmenistan.
