President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov met with Pedro Vargas David, the chairman of the board of directors of Euronews, on Thursday in Ashgabat. During the meeting, they discussed prospects for cooperation, including the promotion of the country’s cultural heritage and tourism potential.
The head of state emphasized that Turkmenistan boasts unique historical monuments and picturesque natural landscapes, making it an attractive destination for international audiences, as reported by the official media of Turkmenistan.
The President of Turkmenistan reminded that 2025 has been declared the "International Year of Peace and Trust" and invited the guest to the International Forum on Peace and Trust, scheduled for December 12. The two sides also addressed international issues and bilateral cooperation projects.
At the end of the meeting, Serdar Berdimuhamedov confirmed Turkmenistan’s readiness to develop a partnership with Euronews and wished Pedro Vargas David success.
