The President of Turkmenistan, Serdar Berdimuhamedov, held a working meeting on Monday and appointed new heads of administration for Balkanabat city in Balkan velayat and Gorogly district in Dashoguz velayat, as reported by Turkmenistan’s official media.
The decree of the head of state relieved Myrat Nazarov from his temporary duties as head of administration of Balkanabat city and appointed Maksat Ataberdiyevich Pashanakov, who previously served as the head of the regional administration, as the new head of administration.
Kakamyrat Gutlyyevich Orazgulyyev became the new head of administration of Gorogly district in Dashoguz velayat, replacing Bashimdurdy Jumayevich Mamedov.
The meeting also addressed issues related to the progress of work in the agricultural sector and regions of the country.
