Ashgabat, the capital of Turkmenistan, will host an exhibition from March 17 to 19 to celebrate the 17th anniversary of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan (UIET). The event will also feature an international forum titled "Investing in the Future of Turkmenistan," as reported by the newspaper Türkmenistan on Tuesday.
Participants will present products in various fields, including food and light industry, construction materials, textiles, electronics, furniture, as well as trade, education, advertising, and printing, at the building of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan.
The forum will provide an important platform for discussing economic growth prospects, implementing innovations, and attracting foreign investments. Organizers expect it to give a new impetus to the development of the private sector and international cooperation.
Since its founding in 2008, the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan has grown to include over 28,000 representatives from the business community in the country.
