The volume of bilateral trade between Turkmenistan and Georgia in 2024 amounted to more than $80 million, as reported by the Agency of Transport and Communications under the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan.
Imports from Turkmenistan to Georgia reached $58.09 million, while exports of Georgian goods to Turkmenistan totaled $22.9 million.
The main part of Turkmenistan's exports to Georgia consisted of oil and petroleum products worth $45.4 million. Additionally, Turkmenistan supplied petroleum coke and bitumen ($4.8 million), gypsum-based construction mixtures ($1.7 million), nitrogen fertilizers ($1.05 million), and cargo vehicles ($831,000).
Georgia exported food products and medical supplies to Turkmenistan. Poultry meat and meat products accounted for $11.4 million, orthopedic products and artificial body parts — $2.6 million, and packaged pharmaceutical products — $1.8 million. Turkmenistan also purchased passenger cars worth $1.1 million.
