President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov signed a decree on Thursday pardoning 321 convicted citizens in honor of the upcoming Holy Night of Gadyr Gijesi, as reported by the official media of Turkmenistan.
The head of the state instructed Begench Gundogdyyev, chairman of the Pardon Commission, to work with law enforcement agencies to organize the release of the pardoned individuals and ensure their swift return to their families.
President Berdimuhamedov wished the pardoned citizens success in their future work, loyalty to the nation, and the ability to enjoy the fruits of their labor.
The government meeting also addressed various state affairs.
