The Vice President for Medical Activities of the Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov Charitable Fund for Children, Oguljahan Atabayeva, held a series of meetings with high-ranking officials from Russia, Iran, China, and Kazakhstan. The talks took place on Friday in Ashgabat as part of the International Conference "Year of Peace and Trust: Developing International Activities for the Benefit of Children."
Oguljahan Atabayeva met with Deputy Chairman of the Federation Council of Russia Inna Svyatenko, Minister of Roads and Urban Development of Iran Farzaneh Sadeghi Malvajerd, Deputy Chairman of the Sun Yat-sen Foundation of China Shen Beili, and Minister of Health of Kazakhstan Akmaral Alnazarova, as reported by the official media of Turkmenistan.
The parties discussed issues related to strengthening international humanitarian cooperation, particularly in the areas of healthcare, education, and social support. Special attention was given to the foundation's programs for the protection of children in need of care, providing medical assistance, and funding treatment for children in difficult life situations.
During the meetings, the active work of the foundation in developing partnerships with international organizations and similar structures abroad was highlighted, contributing to the implementation of humanitarian initiatives on a global scale. The parties discussed the prospects for further cooperation, experience exchange, and the possibility of implementing joint projects in the field of child welfare.
