A delegation from the Turkmenistan Football Federation (TFF) held a series of working meetings in Doha aimed at deepening cooperation with Qatar football institutions, the TFF’s press service reported on Sunday.
TFF Secretary General Serdar Geldiyev and Technical Director Rovshan Meredov met with the technical director of Aspire Academy to discuss the operations of one of Asia’s leading sports centers. The talks focused on player development systems and methods for identifying young talent.
Later, the Turkmen delegation met with Mansoor Al Ansari, Secretary General of the Qatar Football Association (QFA). The meeting focused on prospects for bilateral cooperation and joint efforts to develop football.
The Turkmenistan Football Federation (Türkmenistanyň Futbol Federasiýasy, TFF) is the national governing body for football in Turkmenistan. It is a member of FIFA and the Asian Football Confederation. The federation oversees the national championship, coordinates national team participation, and promotes youth and grassroots football development.
