The State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan (SCRMET) registered 11 transactions last week, as reported by state news agency of Turkmenistan on Moday.
Business representatives from United Arab Emirates and Türkiýe purchase road bitumen, which was produced by the State Concerns Türkmennebit.
During the exchange trading, buyers from the UAE, Serbia, and Kyrgyzstan purchased other goods, including bed linen sets, cotton yarn, aerated concrete blocks, licorice root extract, and dried licorice roots and rhizomes. The total value of transactions exceeded $1.652 million.
For the domestic market, Turkmen entrepreneurs purchased polypropylene worth 3 million manats.
SCRMET, founded in 1994, regulates export-import operations in Turkmenistan.
