Last Week of May: SCRMET Deals Hit 88.4 Million Manats

The State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan (SCRMET) recorded transactions totaling 88.437 million manats last week, according to an SCRMET report published on Monday.

For the domestic market, local entrepreneurs purchased road bitumen, polypropylene, and base oil produced by the Türkmennebit State Concern, as well as portland cement, cotton yarn, cotton fabric, and textile industry waste.

Representatives of business groups from the United Arab Emirates and Afghanistan purchased liquefied gas produced by enterprises of the Türkmenhimiýa State Concern.

Additionally, entrepreneurs from Turkiye purchased processed cotton fabric waste. The total value of the transactions exceeded $1.367 million.

The State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan registered 23 transactions last week.
