President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov sent heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to U.S. President Donald Trump on the occasion of the Independence Day of the United States, Turkmenistan’s state news agency reported on Friday.
Taking the opportunity, President Berdimuhamedov wished President Trump good health, happiness, and well-being, and extended his sincere wishes of peace, continued development, and prosperity to the people of the United States.
U.S. Independence Day, celebrated annually on July 4, marks the adoption of the Declaration of Independence in 1776 and is recognized as a federal holiday across the country.
Diplomatic relations between Turkmenistan and the United States were established on April 10, 1992.
