President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov, during an expanded meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers on Friday, signed a decree approving the 2025 admissions plan for higher and secondary vocational educational institutions, as well as the composition of the State Admissions Commission, Turkmenistan’s state news agency reported.
Admissions to educational institutions will be organized from July 14 to August 25, 2025. Universities and colleges will hold entrance exams at their respective locations.
The head of state emphasized the importance of admitting talented and deserving youth, as well as the need for fair and transparent entrance exams with public oversight.
The State Commission is tasked with providing organizational and methodological guidance for admissions to higher and secondary vocational institutions in 2025 and ensuring the process is carried out in accordance with established procedures.
Governorships of the velayats, Ashgabat, and the city of Arkadag are instructed to ensure proper conditions for the work of admissions committees.
