Charitable Fund Vice President Meets Belarus Ambassador in Ashgabat

The Vice President for Medical Activities of the Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov Charitable Fund for Children, Oguljahan Atabayeva, met with the Ambassador of Belarus to Turkmenistan, Stanislav Chepurny, to discuss expanding humanitarian cooperation, as reported by Turkmenistan’s official media on Saturday.

During the meeting, the two sides focused on joint efforts to protect children’s health. Ambassador Chepurny delivered a letter of appreciation from the Chair of the Belarusian Children’s Fund, Lyudmila Kondrashova, praising the Turkmen foundation’s work.

The ambassador highlighted the foundation’s important role in providing medical assistance to children in need and creating conditions for their healthy development. Atabayeva shared the results of the foundation’s four years of work, noting that hundreds of children have received high-tech medical care, including cardiac and neurosurgical treatment.

The sides also underlined the significance of the international conference held in March in Arkadag, which addressed global humanitarian initiatives. The Belarusian side expressed interest in further strengthening social partnership.
