Berk Önüm and Intago Kazakhstan Supply of Polyester and Polypropylene Fiber Agreement

Berk Önüm Individual Enterprise and Intago Kazakhstan have signed an agreement for the supply of polyester and polypropylene fibers, according to the Ministry of Industry and Construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Monday.

The agreement was reached during a business mission of Kazakhstan entrepreneurs to Ashgabat, led by the Deputy Chairman of the Industrial Committee of the Ministry of Industry and Construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan Mukhammed Andakov.

The delegation included representatives from approximately 20 companies operating in key sectors such as machine engineering, automotive, mining and metallurgy, textiles, construction, and other industries.

During their visit the delegation members familiarized themselves with the operations of major Turkmen enterprises, including Gok Saray, the Aklar textile company, and the Erte factory. B2B meetings were organized with Turkmen companies aimed at developing mutually beneficial partnerships.

Mukhammed Andakov also met with the leadership of Turkmenistan’s ministries of transport, industry and construction, as well as representatives from the state concerns Turkmengaz and Turkmennebit and the country's Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The discussions focused on expanding trade and economic ties and launching joint projects in Kazakhstan and Turkmenistan.
