The Ministry of Adalat (Justice) of Turkmenistan has introduced new fees for access to legal information through the "Adalat" electronic database. The corresponding order was signed by Minister of Justice Merettagan Taganov on August 20, 2025, according to Turkmenistan’s official media reports on Thursday.
Under the new tariff structure, one-time access to the platform will cost 200 tmt for individuals and 400 tmt for legal entities. Licensed private notaries will be charged an annual subscription fee of 240 tmt.
Access to the “Adalat” online platform via the internet is set at 20 tmt per user per month. The fee includes consultation support services, while physical electronic media must be purchased separately at procurement cost.
The new order repeals the previous resolution dated November 7, 2017. The updated regulation was officially registered in the State Register of Legal Acts on September 1, 2025.
