Ashgabat and Mary Provinces to Welcome New Healthcare Facilities

Deputy-Chairwoman of the Cabinet B.Orazdurdyeva reported on the course of preparation for Day of workers of public health services and medical industry of Turkmenistan.

As she informed, on the occasion of the professional holiday, the proper organizational work is carried out to hold the International exhibition and scientific conference “Public health services, education and sports in the Era of Revival of the new epoch of the powerful state” and solemn commissioning of new medical institutions into operation. 

In honour of the holiday, it is planned to put in operation the modern health home in Bagtyyarlyk etrap of Ashgabat and the tubercular hospital for 300 beds in Mary velayat.

Along with it, the Deputy-Chairwoman of the Cabinet reported on preparation of drafts of corresponding documents, concerning construction of the multifield hospital for 500 beds in Ashgabat city, inter-etrap multifield hospital for 300 beds in Tejen city of Tejen etrap of Akhal velayat, the centre of health protection of mother and the child for 400 beds  in Dashoguz city of Dashoguz velayat and awarding of workers of public health services with state prizes and submitted them for consideration of the head of the state.

Having heard the report, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov noted that the national system of public health services consistently develops, on a regular basis international medical centres, homes of health, hospital are put in operation.

In this connection, the head of the state with a view of further successful realisation of the Government program «Saglyk» signed documents on construction of the multifield hospital for 500 beds in Ashgabat city, inter-etrap multifield hospital for 300 beds in Tejen city of Tejen etrap of Akhal velayat , centre of health protection of mother and the child for 400 beds in Dashoguz city of Dashoguz velayat as well as awarding of distinguished workers of healthcare with state awards and gave the Deputy-Chairwoman of the Cabinet corresponding instructions.
