Trading on the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan on Saturday resulted in sales of fine-grained potassium chloride worth 225 million manats, the exchange said.
Local businesses also bought Portland cement for the domestic market worth 68.25 million manats.
A total of 23 deals were recorded on the exchange last week.
The State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan was established by presidential decree on July 29, 1994. It serves as the country’s main regulator of export and import operations.
