President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov signed a decree approving regulations on licensing road freight operations, the Ministry of Motor Transport of Turkmenistan reported Monday.
The regulations introduce simplified requirements and procedures for obtaining a license to operate road freight services and update the list of necessary documents.
Starting in January 2026, the ministry will begin accepting applications from individuals and companies. Applicants in regional areas will be able to submit documents through the communications system.
