Trade turnover between Turkmenistan and China totaled $9.164 billion in January through November this year, according to China’s General Administration of Customs.

Bilateral trade in November 2025 alone reached $821.203 million.

Turkmen exports accounted for the bulk of the turnover. From January through November, Turkmenistan exported goods worth $7.720 billion to China. Over the same period, Turkmenistan imported Chinese goods valued at about $1.445 billion.

Natural gas supplied via pipelines remains the main component of Turkmenistan’s exports to China.
