The total volume of cashless transactions made with bank cards in Turkmenistan from January through November 2025 exceeded 20.2 billion manats, according to Bank habarlary, an electronic journal published by the Central Bank of Turkmenistan.
Payments processed via POS terminals during the period totaled 16.839 billion manats.
The Central Bank said transactions conducted through the E-Commerce system in 2025 amounted to more than 2.634 billion manats, while payments made via the Mobile Bank system exceeded 42.102 million manats.
Cashless payments carried out through ATMs totaled more than 498.684 million manats, and transactions via the Internet Bank system surpassed 6.843 million manats.
According to the report, more than 221.407 million manats in cashless payments were processed through the Halkbank terminal system.
