The Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan (UIET), under state programs and directives from the President of Turkmenistan, has invited its members to participate in the construction of several facilities in the Balkan province— in the city of Balkanabat, as well as in the Bereket, Gyzylarbat, and Esenguly districts, according to Thursday’s issue of the newspaper Balkan.
In the industrial zone of Balkanabat, plans include the construction of production facilities, bases for private construction companies, and a refrigerated warehouse for storing food products.
In Bereket district, plans call for a livestock farm, the implementation of water-saving technologies, and the development of fruit orchards. Turkmen entrepreneurs are also invited to build a wedding hall, a household services center, and a shopping center in the village of Galkynysh.
In Jebel village of Balkanabat, a plant for expanded clay production and a cement plant are planned, while in Ekerem village of Esenguly district, a plant for iodine production is expected to be built.
In Gyzylarbat district, plans include a wedding hall, two stores for food and industrial goods, and a fish farming enterprise.
Under state programs and presidential directives, a brine shrimp (Artemia salina) production plant and a livestock complex will open in Turkmenbashi district, while Etrek district will see the establishment of two livestock complexes with an annual meat output of up to 10 tons.
