President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov signed a decree authorizing the state concern Türkmennebit to purchase the necessary equipment and machinery. The decision was made during a regular Cabinet of Ministers meeting on Friday, Turkmenistan’s official media reported.
The decree aims to further modernize the country’s fuel and energy sector and ensure the successful implementation of tasks assigned during the era of the Revival of the New Epoch of the Powerful State.
At the meeting, Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers for the oil and gas sector Guvanch Agajanov reported on ongoing efforts to strengthen Türkmennebit’s technical and material base.
The president noted that effective work is underway in the country to improve the sector’s technical and material infrastructure.
The Cabinet of Ministers also reviewed and approved decisions on other key matters of state governance.
