SCRMET Reports $35.8 Million in Petrochemical Product Sales

Petrochemical products worth $35.837 million were sold at the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan (SCRMET) on Wednesday, the exchange reported.

During the session, entrepreneurs from Afghanistan and the UAE purchased AI-92 gasoline produced by the state concern Turkmennebit for foreign currency. Business representatives from Georgia bought TPP D 30 S polypropylene from Turkmennebit.

On the domestic market, local entrepreneurs signed contracts with the state association Turkmengallaonumleri for first-grade wheat flour. The total value of these contracts amounted to 25.715 million manats.

A total of 13 transactions were concluded during Wednesday’s trading session at SCRMET.
