U.S. President Donald Trump sent a congratulatory message to Turkmen President Serdar Berdimuhamedov on the occasion of Nowruz.
Trump said that he extended his best wishes on the occasion of Nowruz, according to Turkmenistan’s official media.
The U.S. president noted that Nowruz symbolizes the triumph of peace around the world, including in the United States, and expressed hope that the year would be filled with noble deeds.
Nowruz, inscribed on UNESCO’s Intangible Cultural Heritage list, marks the arrival of spring and the renewal of nature.
