SCRMET Sees Heavy Demand for Wheat Flour

Local entrepreneurs purchased first-grade wheat flour worth 30.858 million manats during Wednesday’s trading session at the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan (SCRMET). The products were produced by the state association Türkmengallaönümleri.

SCRMET reported that domestic entrepreneurs also concluded deals for textile products from the Ministry of Textile Industry, totaling 346,800 manats.

Representatives of Turkish business circles signed agreements with local partners to purchase cotton yarn worth $104,384.77.

Last week, transactions at the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan exceeded $350,748,700.
