Representatives of the Scientific Research Institute of Natural Gas of the Türkmengaz State Concern held an online meeting on April 3, 2026, with representatives of Japan’s Mitsui & Co., Ltd. to discuss prospects for cooperation in the oil and gas sector.
According to the Embassy of Turkmenistan in Japan, the Japanese side presented information on its activities and capabilities in the oil and gas industry during the meeting.
The sides also exchanged views on the company’s proposals and prospects for establishing cooperation in this area.
The meeting was organized by the Embassy of Turkmenistan in Japan.
