Turkmenistan and the Apple Developer Academy explored potential cooperation in training specialists in digital technologies and programming, with a focus on developing practical skills.
The issue was discussed during a meeting between Turkmenistan’s ambassador to Italy, Toyly Komekov, and Scientific Director Giorgio Ventre in Naples on Monday, according to the Embassy of Turkmenistan in Italy.
During the visit, Komekov also met with Rector Matteo Lorito of the University of Naples Federico II. The sides discussed expanding academic cooperation between Turkmen universities and the Naples-based institution in areas such as science, agriculture and sustainable development, as well as improving the legal framework for cooperation.
The meetings resulted in an agreement to organize reciprocal visits by representatives of the scientific and academic communities of both countries to further develop specific areas of collaboration.
The Apple Developer Academy is a global educational program by Apple focused on mobile app development, design and entrepreneurship, providing participants with practical skills for careers in the IT sector.
