Ten apartment buildings in the Parahat-7 residential complex in Ashgabat are scheduled for completion in September this year, according to official Turkmen media.
The project includes four nine-story buildings with 36 apartments each, another four buildings with 54 apartments each, and two nine-story buildings with 72 apartments each.
In addition to housing, several major healthcare and education facilities are set to be commissioned this year, including a Dental Center, an International Pediatric Center with 160 beds, an International Scientific and Clinical Oncology Center with 500 beds, and a complex of buildings for the Turkmen State Institute of Architecture and Construction designed to accommodate 5,000 students.
Construction of schools, kindergartens, modern housing, sports facilities and other social infrastructure is actively underway in the capital.
