China’s Shaanxi Yulin Energy Group has proposed establishing magnesium alloy production in Turkmenistan, Chairman Gao Xijun said at the Turkmen-Chinese business forum held Wednesday in Ashgabat, Trend reported.
The company said it is ready to develop a strategic partnership with relevant Turkmen institutions and to create joint platforms for cooperation in resource processing and industrial development.
According to Gao, the project would combine Turkmenistan’s raw material base with the company’s technological expertise to create new production capacity and expand economic cooperation.
Shaanxi Yulin Energy Group is an energy and chemical company specializing in coal mining, chemical production and the development of renewable energy sources.
