World leaders sent congratulatory messages to Serdar Berdimuhamedov on the occasion of the 81st anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War, according to Turkmenistan’s official media.
Among those who congratulated the Turkmen president on Victory Day were Russian President Vladimir Putin, Uzbek President Shavkat Mirziyoyev, Tajik President Emomali Rahmon, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and Kyrgyz President Sadyr Japarov.
Congratulatory messages marking the 81st anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War were also sent to the Turkmen president by Dmitry Kobitsky, Bakhytzhan Sagintayev, Mikhail Mishustin and Dmitry Medvedev.
In addition, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, the National Leader of the Turkmen people, congratulated the head of state on the holiday and wished him good health, longevity, peace, prosperity and continued success in efforts aimed at the country’s further development.
