Leaders of several countries sent congratulatory messages to the National Leader of the Turkmen people and chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov on the occasion of his birthday, Turkmenistan’s state media reported on Sunday.
Among those who extended congratulations were Chinese President of the Republic of China Xi Jinping, President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin, President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon, President of the Republic of Korea Lee Jae-myung, President of the Republic of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko and The President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
Additional congratulatory messages were sent by from Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan, Prime Minister of Russia Mikhail Mishustin, Deputy Chairman of the Security Council of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev, Chairwoman of the Federation Council Valentina Matviyenko, Secretary-general of the Commonwealth of Independent States Sergei Lebedev; Secretary-general of the CIS Interparliamentary Assembly Council Dmitry Kobitskiy; U.N. under-secretary-general Miguel Ángel Moratinos, a representative of the ruling family in the State of Qatar Faisal bin Nasser bin Hamad Al Thani, head of the Austrian-Turkmen Society Neda Berger and chairman of the Caucasus Muslims Board Allahshukur Pashazade.
In their messages, foreign leaders expressed wishes to Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov for good health, family happiness, and continued success in his state activities, while extending wishes of peace, prosperity, and sustainable development to the fraternal people of Turkmenistan.
