Turkmen President Serdar Berdimuhamedov on June 29 received chairman of the Board of Directors of Çalık Holding Ahmet Çalık and president of Rönesans Holding Erman Ilıcak,Turkmen state media reported on Monday.

At the start of the meetings, the businessmen extended birthday greetings to National Leader of the Turkmen people and Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, wishing him good health, longevity and continued success. They also congratulated President Berdimuhamedov and the National Leader on the third anniversary of the founding of Arkadag city.

During his meeting with Çalık, Berdimuhamedov said the friendly and fraternal ties between Turkmenistan and Türkiye continue to strengthen, with cooperation expanding in the energy, textile and construction sectors. He noted that Çalık Holding has contributed to this partnership through the construction of major industrial and social facilities in Turkmenistan and expressed confidence that the company would continue to support nationally and regionally significant projects by applying innovative technologies.

In talks with Ilıcak, Berdimuhamedov said Turkmenistan places great importance on developing effective cooperation with leading international companies and described Rönesans Holding as one of the country's key partners. He noted that the company has completed numerous projects in Turkmenistan over the years, including major industrial enterprises, social infrastructure facilities and energy projects.

At the conclusion of the meetings, Çalık and Ilıcak thanked the Turkmenistan for the confidence placed in their companies and for creating favorable conditions for their operations, pledging to continue fulfilling their contractual obligations to a high standard.
