France's ESSEC Business School is considering developing cooperation with the International University of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan. ESSEC Executive Vice President Julien Moloren expressed the school's interest during a meeting with Turkmenistan's Ambassador to France, Myrat Charyyev, on Thursday, according to the Embassy of Turkmenistan in France

Moloren outlined ESSEC's activities and said the business school is interested in working with Turkmen universities. He identified potential areas of cooperation including joint academic programs, student and faculty exchanges, executive education programs and the sharing of best practices in university management.

Charyyev said the International University of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs opened in Turkmenistan in 2025 to train specialists in economics, management, entrepreneurship and modern technologies. He proposed establishing direct cooperation between the university and ESSEC, including the preparation of a memorandum of cooperation.

At the end of the meeting, both sides confirmed their mutual interest in developing a long-term partnership and agreed to continue contacts to identify specific areas of cooperation.

Founded in 1907, ESSEC Business School is one of France's oldest and most prestigious higher education institutions specializing in business, management and economics. The school has campuses in France, Singapore and Morocco and cooperates with universities and companies worldwide.
